Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Ultimate Art (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.ultimateart.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and software development kits, which we refer to collectively as “cookies” in this Policy.

2. Categories of cookies

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function and to keep it secure. These do not require consent.
  • Preferences/functional — remember choices you make to improve your experience.
  • Statistics/analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site. (Not currently in use — see section 4.)
  • Marketing — used to deliver or measure advertising. (Not currently in use — see section 4.)

3. Cookies and third‑party services currently used on this Site

Name / Service Provider Purpose Category Typical duration
PHPSESSID / session cookies Ultimate Art (first‑party) Maintain your browsing session so the Site functions correctly. Strictly necessary Session (deleted when you close your browser)
WordPress & theme functional cookies (e.g. wordpress_*, wp-settings-*) Ultimate Art (first‑party) Core content‑management and display/preference functions. Set mainly when interacting with site features. Strictly necessary / Preferences Session to ~1 year
Google Fonts Google LLC (USA) Delivers the web fonts used to display text. Loading the fonts from Google’s servers transmits your IP address to Google. We are migrating to self‑hosted fonts to remove this third‑party transfer. Functional (third‑party transfer) No cookie set; one‑time request per font load

The exact first‑party cookies present can vary with the WordPress/Elementor features in use. We recommend confirming the current list with an automated cookie scan (see section 4).

4. Analytics and marketing (planned controls)

The Site does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or similar advertising trackers. If we add any statistics or marketing technologies in the future, we will first deploy a consent banner so that such cookies are set only after you give consent, and we will update the table above accordingly.

5. Your choices and how to manage cookies

Where the law requires consent (for example for analytics or marketing cookies, and for non‑essential third‑party services), we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner before those technologies are activated, and you will be able to accept or reject them and change your choice at any time.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings — you can delete existing cookies and block new ones. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site from working. Helpful instructions:

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or applicable law change. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
